Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings, the Stripe customer portal, or by emailing hello@legitize.app. Your subscription auto-renews monthly until you cancel. When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period and are not charged again after that.

Refunds. Pro is billed monthly at the price shown at checkout (currently $5 CAD per month for Early Access subscribers). Because the Service is a digital product delivered immediately, payments are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial months, except where required by law. As a courtesy, we may grant a full refund within 7 days of a charge if you have made minimal use of the paid features that period; such refunds are at our reasonable discretion. Mandatory consumer rights still apply: if consumer-protection or distance-selling law where you live gives you a refund or cancellation right (for example, the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal, or rights under Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act), that right applies regardless of the above. Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges will be refunded.

No earnings or results guarantee. Pro gives you access to Legitize’s tools and analyses. It does not promise that you will make money, save money, or achieve any particular financial result, and we do not refund a subscription on the basis that the Service, or any pitch or strategy you researched with it, did not earn you money. The Service is research and commentary, not an income opportunity.

How to request. Email hello@legitize.app from the address on your account, including the charge date. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
